Supplier Sourcing

We can source all the necessary suppliers that you would like assistance with. We will provide you with a selection of our preferred suppliers so you can be left to decide whose services you wish to use, or we can assist with this decision if you prefer. We will then manage your chosen suppliers to ensure that you receive a completely professional service for your celebration.

Venue Dress

Venue dressing is when the Clifton Events team will ensure the reception venue is dressed exactly as you planned. This involves liaising with your suppliers and ensuring that the reception is ready and set exactly as you want it including setting up place cards, table plan and table numbers, floral arrangements, table decorations, speciality linens, menus, favours, lights, cake and cake table……..the list is endless.

Dress Shopping

We will arrange the appointments and accompany you to choose the perfect outfit for your wedding day – whether this is helping you choose a dress, bridesmaids dresses or clothing for the groom and male attendants. We always provide unbiased advice and assistance to ensure the outfits fit perfectly with the theme of your day.

On The Day Coordination

To ensure that you can enjoy every second of your day, someone can be discreetly behind the scenes coordinating every step. We will pull together a scheduled plan for your day, arrive early at your reception venue to oversee all the setup, liaise with all your suppliers, ensure your day runs smoothly and to time and be there to deal with any queries from you and your guests.

Hen and Stag Parties Arranged

Clifton Events also specialise in organising hen and stag parties – from weekends away in remote cottages to breaks in European cities. The parties are tailor made to suit your style, budget and, as with every other aspect of your wedding, we can be involved as little or as much as you require.

Complete Wedding Package

The Clifton Events complete wedding package includes venue sourcing, venue design and dress (where required), supplier sourcing, finishing touches coordination and on the day coordination. In addition, any of our other services such as, Invitation and RSVP Management, Dress Shopping or Arrangement of Hen and Stag Parties can be included.
